OUR PROCESS
CONSULTATION
We start by learning about your space, style, and goals. If you have photos, measurements or inspiration we will use them to better understand your preferences, helping us recommend the best cabinetry options for your project.
PRODUCTION
Once your selections and scope are approved, your cabinetry is ordered and entered into the production schedule. We confirm lead times, track progress, and coordinate order details so materials arrive as expected and your project stays on track.
COMPLETION
We complete a final walkthrough to ensure everything looks and functions as expected. You’ll also receive care guidance and warranty information to help protect your investment.
DESIGN
We review your layout through a guided 3D presentation so you can visualize styles, finishes, and functionality. This review process confirms the direction of your project before final drawings and detailed renderings are prepared to guide production and installation.
INSTALLATION COORDINATION
When your cabinetry arrives, we oversee the details with your cabinet installation team and countertop fabricators. Our coordination ensures the layout is followed correctly, schedules align, and each phase progresses smoothly.

My wife had planned to redo our kitchen for years meeting with various kitchen companies and finally decided to use Matt at Carmil. I was very nervous at first fearing that we would live in a construction sight for too long while waiting for the project to be completed. However, because of his excellent planning and coordination, our entire renovation took exactly 4 weeks from demo to completion of the punch list items. Within 2 days after the kitchen demo, the new cabinets were installed ready for countertop measurement and electrical work. The cost of the kitchen also ended up being much less than the closest bidder even though we were using high end, quality cabinetry. We could not be happier and highly recommend Carmil if you need a kitchen renovation or simple cabinet replacement.
